delays on my end (which may include manufacturer error or personal issues) will be communicated via email to buyers and announced on my social medias (twitter and tumblr). once a package has been handed over to usps, it is out of my control.
for those with severe pet allergies, please be aware i own a cat who sheds heavily!! i try my best to keep her out of merchandise, but i cannot totally ensure the absence of cat hair.
all sales are final after the preorder period, unless i made some sort of mistake on your order or it was damaged in shipping. in these cases, please contact me with photos and i'll do my best to fix it! refunds can be requested at any point during the preorder period.
